*From Ericka at FYM
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 T baking powder
1 or 2 packets of Stevia (depending on your sweetness)
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg white
1/3 cup unsweetened all natural applesauceabout
1/4 cup of whole ground flax seed ( I use Bob's Red Mill)
A scoop of protein powder
I also add about a cup of frozen berries from Costco
First mix dry ing. and then wet and combine. Pour into skillet and enjoy
