Spinach Smoothie

Combine 2 cups raw spinach, 1 cup skim milk or light silk soy (I prefer vanilla), 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen mango and 6-10 raw almonds in a blender. It's a great drink that I enjoy nearly every day. If I drink it after a workout I add a scoop of protein powder. The frozen fruits make it a richer consistency. You'll love this if you give it a chance.
