1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup water/crushed ice
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop whey protein powder
2 tbsp flax oil
1 cup frozen berry blend (best price at Sams club)
Sometimes I add l-glutamine with msm powder post -workout - (for joint and muscle recovery)You can adjust the amount of ice you want to add.So good!!
