Since I'm moving to Korea and I had to pack away all of my cook books and recipe boxes for the next 2 years, I decided to put all of my recipes on this blog. A lot of them are from PickyPalate and from cookbooks. I've tried to give credit where credit is due. Cooking Tips
If you want to use whole wheat flour instead of white flour, use about 7/8 cup whole wheat for every 1 cup of white. Or use half whole wheat and half white.
You can substitute plain Yogurt in place of Buttermilk.
When using egg whites instead of whole eggs, use 2 egg whites for every 1 whole egg.
