*From a Danish Cookbook
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp sugar
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp lemon extract (optional)
Beat egg yolks and sugar together
Add flour and milk alternately
Beat egg whites
Add to mixture
Pour thin layer on griddle and flip like any griddle pancakes
Serve with fruit or jelly in the middle and whipped cream on top
