I have not been able to get the 'comment' button to appear at the bottom of each post. I've tried everything. I'm afraid my only option is to start over with this blog and I just don't have time to do that. So if you have something you really want to say feel free to email me. I'd love to hear from you. Since I'm moving to Korea and I had to pack away all of my cook books and recipe boxes for the next 2 years, I decided to put all of my recipes on this blog. Cooking Tips
If you want to use whole wheat flour instead of white flour, use about 7/8 cup whole wheat for every 1 cup of white. Or use half whole wheat and half white.
You can substitute plain Yogurt in place of Buttermilk.
When using egg whites instead of whole eggs, use 2 egg whites for every 1 whole egg.
