Decadent Chocolate Cream Pie

*From Magical Endings Cookbook

2 pkgs (4-serving size each) JELLO Chocolate Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding (not instant)
3 1/2 cups half-and-half
1 baked pastry shell (9 inch) cooled or OREO pie crust
1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP, thawed

Stir pudding mixes and half-and-half in medium saucepan with wire whisk until blended
Stirring constantly cook over med heat until mixture comes to full boil
Pour into pie shell
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set
Top with COOL WHIP
