Black and White Banana Pudding

1 3/4 cups cold milk
1 pkg (4 serving size) JELLO Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
24 NILLA Chocolate Wafers or NILLA Wafers
1 large banana, sliced
1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP
Finely chopped chocolate or sprinkles

Pour milk into large bowl
Add pudding mix
Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended
Let stand 5 minutes
Arrange 1/2 of the cookies on bottom of 1 to 1 1/2-quart serving bowl
Top with 1/2 of pudding, 1/2 of banana and 1/2 of whipped topping
Repeat layers
Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve
Top with chocolate sprinkles or shavings
