Fast Fiber Cheesie Pita

*From Lisa (a member of Club FYM)

1/2 whole grain hi fiber pita
1 slice of low fat cheese
3 tablespoons of black beans

Put the cheese and black beans in pita.
Put pita in toaster (open side up) on low and bagel setting
Add salsa and spinach if desired
Great for snacking on the go!
