Dressed up Fish

Okay here is one thing I do to make fish less boring:

I take the fish fillet and I cover the top with thin slices of mango completely covering the top. Then I put some sesame seeds on top. I place it in a pouch I make from aluminum foil and bake it. Really good!

I do the same thing with tomatoes...I cover the entire top of the fish with thin slices of tomato and then sprinkle garlic over it and cover with aluminum foil.

Making the pouch makes it really moist.

This is great with tilapia and I do it with salmon too!
