Head of cabbage-take out core & wash
Slice thinly
Melt 1/4 cup margarine
Put in cabbage
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinigar
Simmer 1 hour w/ lid
Take lid off and simmer another hour
Add 1 red 1 blue food coloring
