1 1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
Stir together in large bowl
Add:
1 cup melted butter/margarine
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Pour into greased 13" x 9" pan
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 mintues or until done (in my oven it took about 42 minutes)
Sprinkle hot cake with 3 cups mini marshmallows
Combine in saucepan:
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup milk
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly with whisk
Boil 1 minute
Remove from heat
Stir in 16 oz (2 cups) sifted powdered sugar
Immediately pour chocolate over marshmallows
Let cake cook completely on a wire rack
Cut into squares
