Macoroni & Cheese

8 oz elbow or corkscrew macoroni
3 Tbsp butter
Dijon (optional)
2 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp flour
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In saucepan melt butter on low heat
Add flour
Stir in milk & broth
Add paprika and pepper
Stir and let thicken
Melt in cheese a little at a time
Meanwhile cook pasta in salt
Drain and pour into casserole dish
Mix with sauce
Sprinkle cheese on top
Bake on 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until melted
