Hawaiian Chicken

*From 4 Ingredient Cookbook

1 Tbsp oil
1 lb chickn breasts cunt into 2 inch pieces
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup Honey Mustard Grill & Glaze Sauce
1 green or red bell pepper cut into chunks

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in nonstick skillet over medium high heat
Cook chicken until brown
Add remaining ingredients
Bring to boil
Reduce heat to medium low
Simmer 5-8 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened
Serve with rice
