4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup favorite salsa
1 cup crushed tortilla chips (yellow corn, red corn, or chili lime)
Wash chicken, pat dry with paper towels
Place in shallow nonmetal pan or resealable Ziploc bag
Pour salsa over chicken
Cover or seal bag
Marinate for 8 hours or over night
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray baking sheet
Place crushed chips on waxed paper
Roll chicken in chips
Place on baking sheet
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with rice
