Preheat oven to 400 degrees
While preheating melt 3 Tbsp butter in 9"x 13" pan
Beat 6 eggs til frothy
Add 1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
Pour into hot pan
Bake 15-18 mintues
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR WHILE BAKING
Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, and lemon juice
