French Dip Sandwhiches

*From Betty Crocker's Crock Pot Cookbook

Thawed out 2-3 lb beef brisket
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can beef broth

Cook in crockpot on low for 6 1/2 hours
Slice
Soak on warm until ready to serve
Makes about 8 sandwhiches
Best if served on Kaiser rolls with Mayo
